Form and Light is the collaborative work of Mimi Norrgren and Jeffrey Rogers, a design duo with backgrounds in fine art and craftsmanship.
Mimi brings her love of sculptural form and texture to the studio, honed during her years studying in the UK at Central Saint martins, The Ruskin School of Fine Art, Oxford and the Royal College of Art. Jeffrey, having studied art history at Bristol University, went on to experience many years of practice in art studios, engaged in mouldmaking, carpentry, and glass work.
Five years ago, we left England for Sweden, establishing our studio near Vinslöv in Skåne. Our shared love for art and design has always been a guiding force. Together, we’ve honed our skills in gilding, furniture finishing, mould-making, and glass art, drawing inspiration from our time working with renowned glass artist Max Jacquard in Kent.
We are now creating a vibrant creative hub here in Skåne, combining our expertise to offer unique works, inspiring courses, and bespoke commissions. Our art encompasses a range of techniques, including stained glass, fused and cast glass, gilding, painted effects, mold-making, and sculpting with eco-resin.
We are dedicated to exploring the interplay of form and light—bringing beauty, craftsmanship, and innovation to the projects we undertake.
